Are the websites customizable? What elements can be changed?

Your site is customized to reflect your brand. Colors, logo, and content are all uniquely yours. This allows us launch your site quickly and affordably, with all elements on the site maintaining our characteristically high quality.

How do I purchase a website design? And what happens after?

Select your design according to your industry and your tastes. After your purchase, we’ll send you a list of assets needed for your selected design. We’ll also include questionnaire that will help us match your copy to the selected design.
Now you can sit back, relax, and dedicate your time to something that brings you joy. Like eating pizza.
Disclaimer** We will need you to wave your magic approval wand a few times throughout the process so no going totally off the grid to find the greatest pizza on earth.

What information do you need from me in order to customize my website?

Different designs may have slightly different requirements but in general, we’ll need: copy (or our completed questionnaire and we’ll take care of the copy for you), high quality photos, your domain login credentials (if you don’t have a domain yet, we’ll walk you through getting it), and your branding (logo and brand colors).

How long does it take to launch my website?

We try to launch every site in 5 business days. To help us maintain this timeline, we ask that your respond to any requests for additional information, feedback, and approval as quickly as possible.

Support and maintenance

Do you offer ongoing support after the website is live?

Of course, we’re happy to help you with future questions you have about your FastForward website.

Can I make updates to the website myself after it’s launched?

Yes! It’s your website! We’ll give you the tools you need to change the content whenever you want including a platform to make easy changes to your copy and a video tutorial to show you how to do it!
For major structural changes to the website, let us know and we’ll get to work right away on customizing your website to reflect your new needs.

Technical details

Are your websites mobile-friendly and responsive?

Only someone who cuts a round pizza into square pieces would design a website without a mobile version.

Are the websites SEO-optimized?

Our content is written with organic traffic in mind. We don’t just stuff your copy with hot keywords and hope for the best. We plan our content to provide real value to your audience while still hitting on the keywords that will improve visibility across search engines.

Do I own the website after it’s launched?

Yes, the website is yours after your purchase of a license for a FastForward design. You will have no additional charges for continued use of the website design after your initial purchase (you will need to pay for hosting the website after the first year).

How is my website hosted?

We take care of hosting for you! The first year is included in your FastForward purchase, after that, you’ll pick up the tab for hosting your website (this is generally about $300/per year, depending on your selected payment plan).

Can I integrate tracking tools?

Yes! Tracking tools can be easily integrated into your FastForward website.
